FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

  • Ability and willingness to work in different roles, including server, bartender, host, and expediter.

  • Flexibility in scheduling

  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds, and climb flights of stairs

  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution skills are a must

  • Attention to detail and adherence to proper food handling and cleanliness standards required

  • Restaurant/bar experience and beer knowledge are a plus, but not necessarily required

  • Positive attitude and an infectious smile

DISHWASHER/FOOD RUNNER

  • Reports to Kitchen Manager and work with the Back of House team to ensure efficiency and quality of service

  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds, stand for long periods of time, and carry supplies up and down stairs without difficulty

  • Meticulous cleaning and proper food handling standards

  • Flexible schedule and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work well as part of a team, compromise, and communicate

  • Experience a plus, but not required
